There have been problems with the fileutils package. Do you have it installed?

Obviously I have checked the permissions of /sw and /sw/src - everything seems fine. I have no trouble making directories my self at the command prompt - but for some reason fink crashes every time here. Again, i've used fink on this machine successfully in the past.

Any ideas out there.
