I'm a bit confused. The past few times I've executed
fink selfupdate
fink update-all
nothing has happened in the way of package installations (I'm using rsync).
I ran the above today after having let a couple weeks pass since my last
update. If I look at filesystem timestamps, what should I be expecting to
change? I have this structure/timestamps in my /sw/fink directory at the
moment:

Should my dists symlink be pointed elsewhere? Looking at files newer than
/sw/fink/debs I only see activity in the 10.2 subdirectory:
