There is a fink package in the 10.2-gcc3.3 tree. I'll move it over to 10.3 tree.

You may have to tell the package's configure script where the directory is, e.g. "./configure --with-GL=/usr/X11R6/include/GL". If you run "./configure --help" there usually is a list of all of the options you can feed in to the configuration by hand.
