Compiling QT3 fails on my system, with the following error:

What's wrong? I just updated my system to Panther and upgraded Fink accordingly. Here's my setup:
System: 10.3.2
Fink: Package manager version: 0.17.4
Distribution version: 0.6.2.cvs
