I'm having problems with openssh-3.7.1p1-1 on my desktop G4. When I try to ssh into it, it immediately drops the connection, without asking for a password. I believe the problem is due to PAM issues, because I installed the package on my laptop, as well, and everything seems to work fine.
A difference between the two setups is that I created a /etc/cram-md5.pwd file with a password in it on the desktop machine. Before I created this file, my IMAP server (uw-imapd from pine-ssl-4.58-21) wouldn't allow connections.
