parse.y clearly looks wrong to me:

-- the semicolon in line 675 is stray. It looks like it is this way in the original 3.2.06 distribution as downloaded from http://distfiles.opendarwin.org/ispell-3.2.06.tar.gz -- I have no idea why nobody else is seeing this.
