Hmm.
If you amend the ConfigureParams line of xscreensaver-gtk2.info to look
like:
ConfigureParams: --mandir=%p/share/man --without-pam
then xscreensaver-gtk2 compiles and installs just fine under my instance of OS X 10.3.2. Is there a particular reason xscreensaver needs to use PAM here? If not, might we have this change made to the 10.3-unstable tree, please?
