A workaround is to first install the current binaries (1.1.0-1) libxslt and libxslt-shlibs and then do a fink update-all; works like a charm.
I guess you currently do NOT have libxslt installed, just libxslt-shlibs, and therefore the dependiency error hits you...
This should be fixed now. It should be making it's way to the rsync/cvs mirrors in the next hour or so.
