According to the Xfree86.org Website there is another RC3 available which fixes a security hole that exists in all Version of 4.3.x. The latest sources on the Xfree86 Mirrors (ftp://ftp-stud.fht-esslingen.de/pub/Mirrors/ftp.xfree86.org/XFree86/snapshots/4.3.99.903/source is the one next to me here in germany) are from today morning and with a bit of luck this sources build on Darwin.
