sudo dpkg --remove --force-remove-reinstreq postgresql-python-py22

dpkg --remove --force-remove-reinstreq postgresql-python-py22
dpkg - warning, overriding problem because --force enabled:
Package is in a very bad inconsistent state - you should
reinstall it before attempting a removal.
