You need to have "10.2-gcc3.3" instead of "10.2" both in the "Distribution:" line in your /sw/etc/fink.conf and as the source of the /sw/fink/dist symlink. You get this automatically when you have the gcc-3.3 compiler installed. I don't know how this works if you don't have the developer tools installed, but you can always set these two values by hand.
