Oh, sorry. I should have read more carefully. At the time being, openjade does not handle xml.

So now, you have the choice. Just issue a fink apropos xml and pick the one you want.

The better for me is xmlstarlet, there is documentation in /sw/share/doc/xmlstarlet. Easy to use, flexible.
