no, Fink has no security list for its packages. We still believe, that a package lies within the responsibility of the maintainer, however in very serious cases some of the core maintainers or frequent contributors may choose to fix a package. Some vulnerabilities also do not apply to Mac OS X due to its architecture. I know, I made that mistake when I issued a warning for the CVS bug which is a none issue on mac os x.

If you feel that this matter deserves immediate attention, please contact the maintainer and [EMAIL PROTECTED] explaining why it is important to take immediate steps.
