Worked for me:

$ fink fetch postgresql73-shlibs
/usr/bin/sudo /sw/bin/fink  fetch postgresql73-shlibs

The file "postgresql-7.3.4.tar.gz" already exists, how do you want to
proceed? [1]

Hello!

I need postgresql for some work at school and tried to install with fink.
After manually downloading most packages "by hand", because where are
behind a firewall and a proxy, I went on downloading postgresql-7.3-
shlibs. It seems to me that currently not _any_ fink mirror is hosting
this package under the given URI, because I always got Error 404 from
every mirror. What's wrong? I did a selfupdate-cvs yesterday to get all
the unstable and crypto stuff in, may this download some wrong *.info
files?
