Well, it tells you what's wrong: grep can't be found. Either your PATH
isn't setup properly, or grep has actually disappeared (it should be
in /usr/bin).
In the latter case, you probably need to reinstall OS X.
Or perhaps just (re)install the BSD subsystem package (BSD.pkg).
