I have Apple's X11 installed and I want to try to install xfree86 via fink. Is there going to be any problems with having both of them installed and if I decide to uninstall it do I need to still do this:

Generally speaking, when you have a doubt about anything related to Fink, go to the Fink web site:
<http://fink.sourceforge.net>
Click on FAQ (or whatever it is called in your native language). Then click on print version (or whatever it is called in your native language, it is the last item on the left side bar), you will be presented with a unique html file much more easy to search than the numerous php files. Use Cmd-F, Cmd-G to search something, and you will likely find the answer.
In case you don't find it, use the mailing list.
In your case, a mere search for X11 gives the answer after a few Cmd-G(s).
Tips: for uninstalling, search for uninstall (in the English version) or the equivalent in your native language (if you use the version in another language).
