[Fink-users] funkiness with mirrors?

For the last day or so I've been getting an error on fink selfupdate 
from the cvs master that says all of its connections (15) are in use. 
When I try other mirrors today, I get "The timestamp of the server is 
older than what you already have."

Is either the master or the mirroring system having trouble?
