Fink is installing mysql right now, apt-get seems to have worked. I had to use "install -f", is that normal? And I got a bunch of errors at the end:

W: Couldn't stat source package list file: stable/crypto Packages (/sw/var/lib/apt/lists/_sw_fink_dists_stable_crypto_binary-darwin- powerpc_Packages) - stat (2 No such file or directory)

Running apt-get update several times seemed to do nothing to correct these problems.
If these are nothing to worry about, then I won't worry about them - it's working with just a little bit of fuss.
