That message is just because when you start mozilla, it
first checks whether it is running already (and if so, just
opens a new window for you instead of a whole new copy of
the program).  So if it doesn't eventually launch (it can be
a bit slow), there should be some other error message coming
up somewhere.  How are you trying to launch it?  And while
you are at it, tell us what version of fink, OSX you are
running, in case that gives some clues.
