Yes, it seems the Fink package database is broken for the binary distributions. There is no xdvi-system-tetex in either 0.6.3 or 0.7.0. There is one in 0.5.3 which you could get by adding a line to your apt/sources.list file.


But, if you installed your TeX from the i-installer, don't you have xdvi there anyway?
