Perhaps a symbolic link is missing on my system?? Can
someone else confirm it builds OK for them? I did a find for
MacTypes.h and found it in
/System/Library/Frameworks/CoreServices.framework/Versions/A/
Frameworks/CarbonCore.framework/Versions/A/Headers/MacTypes.h
but the symbolic links are many and confusing (and I
wouldn't attempt to fix them by hand without guidance).
latest fink, unstable, OSX 10.3.5 on a G5 on which I haven't
quite finished rebuilding everything since updating from
10.2.8.
