OS 10.3.6, Fink unstable enabled, all updates applied. Fink updated over previous OS versions.
I have had a continuing "issue" with scrollkeeper not validating omf files (did I say that right?). Specifically, updates of Gnumeric and today the update of gnome-panel produced the following results at the end:
OMF file [/sw/share/omf/gnome-desktop/fdl-eu.omf] does not validate against ScrollKeeper-OMF DTD: /sw/share/xml/scrollkeeper/dtds/scrollkeeper-omf.dtd
Unable to register /sw/share/omf/gnome-desktop/fdl-eu.omf
Everything appears to be working (except that Gnumeric still won't print or preview printing).
I've tried the recommendations which I've seen in the archives, including rebuilding scrollkeeper and manually running scrollkeeper-rebuilddb, the output of which is the same as above-
ssanders% sudo scrollkeeper-rebuilddb
Password:
OMF file [/sw/share/omf/gnome-desktop/fdl-eu.omf] does not validate against ScrollKeeper-OMF DTD: /sw/share/xml/scrollkeeper/dtds/scrollkeeper-omf.dtd
Unable to register /sw/share/omf/gnome-desktop/fdl-eu.omf
Is this something I should be concerned about and, if so, is there something else I should try?
Thanks-
Stan
I've not noticed any loss of functionality, and I see these messages all the time with GNOME packages.

Thank you for your answer. It parallels my experience.
Now, if the Gnumeric printing issue could be resolved...
