I'm having a problem with fink and/or sourceforge. Sometimes, it is better to get a source file from sourceforge.net rather than from FinkCommander or fink itself. I'm sure many of us have had the situation from time to time.
What happens when I do that, though, is I get
Cannot load address Unable to connect to 66.35.250.217:80: Permission denied.
Could some of you fellow listers enlighten me? I've tried OmniWeb (my favorite browser) & Safari & Firefox & all of them give me the same message as soon as I am directed to prdownloads.
I have no idea what this can be, please help.
