Why not use the official MacOSX build of Firefox? I've never had any problems with it.

Install Konqeuror, the ultimate solution for Mozilla printing on
GNU/Linux. afaict printing in all flavours of Mozilla (Mozilla, Firefox, Galeon) is
broken in one way or another. Unless you use Windows port (or other port
that does not use Xprint/lpr/cups).
