Hm, never installed a binary version before.

   This version of uri-pm581 is in the binary distribution too, but
   there's a newer one (because of this very problem, in part) in the
   stable distribution.  Have you not run "fink selfupdate" recently?

Actually I ran it last night, right before trying to install the new
perl module!  That's how I discovered that sgmls-pm needed updating.
