Yes, and it has a special patch file so that it builds with ocaml-3.0.8.

Here's a kluge that might work for you:

rm /sw/fink/10.3/unstable/main/finkinfo/languages/ocaml.info /sw/fink/10.3/stable/main/finkinfo/languages/ocaml.info
sudo apt-get install ocaml=3.0.7-1


At this point fink should only know about the ocaml version you already have installed, so you should be able to install unison.

But you cannot build it, because it builddepends on lablgtk, and lablgtk depends on ocaml >=3.0.8.


I've tried later versions of unison built manually and they all didn't get along with ocaml-3.0.8. I wound up using a precompiled OS X binary from the unison website that has HFS+ support.

I have no problem to build the current version of unison.
