I can't get this package to compile. Alas, I use fink commander, and I
started another command before copying the error message, but it
appeared after the package seemed to try to call emacs, which I do not
have installed ever since it became nearly impossible to install
emacs21-xaw3D.

Paste the error message up the next time this tries to build--verbal
descriptions of errors aren't as helpful for debugging.
