It's mentioned in the FAQ that they're part of XCode (in the specific entries); the specific subdirectory wasn't mentioned because you can always run the installer on the top-level .mpkg file, select a custom install, and "upgrade" your installation..

While doing this, I also kicked out xorg and will be using Apple's X11 for a while. Anyhow, thanks for the reponse. :)

Did you build any X11-basedpackages while you had xorg installed? You may need to rebuild them
