Nope--that's a runtime error, so you should just
need to install kleopatra.

Thanks! I ran fink install kleopatra and it ran in a
jiffy. But now, I get

Either fink has an incomplete dpendecny set for
korganizer or my compiling messed up big time. Should
I just go ahead and install ktnef and whatever
libraries that korganizer complains about?

I'd recommend a selfupdate first--it looks like a new revision was put
out to fix this problem.
