Somehow my gimp-print7-dev package was out of date (despite having
just installed it). After updating it, gimp2 install (still) fails
with:

checking for gimpprint-config... /sw/bin/gimpprint-config
checking for GIMP-PRINT - version >= 4.2.0... yes
configure: WARNING:
*** libgimpprint version 5.0.0 is too new.
*** It is likely an unstable development version.
*** You need a version before 4.3.0.
configure: error:

Is there currently a way to build gimp2 on tiger? I guess maybe I/we
just need to wait...
