Remove /opt/local/bin from your path and unset DYLD_LIBRARY_PATH,
LIBRARY_PATH and any other env vars that you have with LIBRARY or LD in

/opt/local/bin is not in my path; nothing in opt or under opt is in any of my various path statements.
Try renaming /opt/local then--clearly your linker is trying to glom on to libraries there.
I'm sorry, I didn't make myself understood; I have no such directory. Not at all. It is not set by mistake in my preferences either. set | grep local returns nothing.
