You're thinking of gcjwebplugin: http://www.nongnu.org/gcjwebplugin/Currently it's very experimental, and insecure. If you want to try to get it working, there seem to be versions of GCJ in Fink experimental and in Darwinports, but I have no idea whether they're actually functional.
