I saw no response from anyone on the list, so I'm posting it here...
I, also, got the "File '/sw/src/root-doxygen-1.4.3-1/sw/share/doc/
doxygen/src/translator.h' not found!" error. The only way that I
found to fix it was to manually remove everything, and reinstall:
~$ fink cleanup
~$ cd /sw/fink/10.4-transitional/unstable/main/finkinfo/devel
/sw/fink/10.4-transitional/unstable/main/finkinfo/devel$ sudo rm
doxygen.*
/sw/fink/10.4-transitional/unstable/main/finkinfo/devel$ cd /sw/src
/sw/src$ sudo rm -rf doxygen-1.4.3*
/sw/src$ sudo rm -r root-doxygen-1.4.3-1/*
/sw/src$ fink selfupdate
/sw/src$ fink update-all
