Hi, indeed the installation of evolution went very well yesterday, but now it doesn't run. The first time I lauched it it prompted me for the settings of my email account, and then crashed. Now when I launch it it fails with the following error (if I try to run it again without deleting the .evolution directory this adds a couple of caml-WARNINGs to the message): [Berlin ~/ANR/PDR]$ evolution-1.5 evolution-shell-Message: Killing old version of evolution-data-server... asked to activate component_id `OAFIID:GNOME_Evolution_Addressbook_Component:1.5' (evolution-1.5:22496): evolution-smime-WARNING **: initializing security library without cert databases. dyld: evolution-1.5 Undefined symbols: /sw/lib/evolution/1.5/libeutil.0.dylib undefined reference to _gethostbyname_r expected to be defined in a dynamic image Trace/BPT trap I don't wanna be a nuisance though, things are better for me since I managed to install a version of mutt with header caching, so unless tracking this problem down is helpful to someone I would not mind to let the subject drop.
