Hi:
When installing texpower, fink seems to skip a step: the src directory
of the package contains a directory "tpslifonts" in which a style file
pslifonts.sty is provided. This file is not installed by fink. Some of
the example files don't compile properly without that style. After
installing this manually, the package worked fine.
