I think you should. The new problems we are having with XC-2.1 are not bugs in XC, but "new behavior" that isn't going to go away. If anything, gcc will become even more anal, and the new xcodebuild syntax and directory structure is not going back to its old ways either. We will have to adapt, and the only possible consistent way is to take the latest tools as reference point.

OTOH, if someone knows how to run xcodebuild in such a way that it works for both XC-2.0 and XC-2.1, they are welcome to fix aquaterm correspondingly.
