Thanks for this, it does indeed let me build librsvg2, and
then unison, which installs fine, runs, and throws a similar
error to the one reported at the start of this thread:
Uncaught exception Glib.Convert.Error(1, "Invalid byte
sequence in conversion input")
I have saved my 2.9 deb files and will revert...happy to
test any suggestions of what might fix this.
