An ICE is always a bug of the compiler, and in principle you should file
a bug report with Apple. According to my archives (fink-seed mailing
list), I have been seeing this specific one at the same place in atlas
six months ago on an earlier Tiger version. It is possible that this is
one of the bugs fixed in gcc build 5026 from Xcode 2.1. What build is
your gcc-4.0?
