Hi

I've been a fink user for quite a while without any
serious problems. I recently upgraded to Tiger and
decided I should do a clean fink install and

to erase to old install according to the faq

and
the customary update, I looked at fink list but
there
was no X... No xfree86, no xorg, no system-xfree...
Houston, we have a problem... Weird, no?

X is very important to me to use unix machines
remotely...

Thanks for any help!
Best wishes,

If you didn't install X11 with TIger, then you won't have the various system-xfree86* virtual packages.

XFree86 and X.org are both only available in the unstable tree for Tiger:
