It looks as if the bundle lapack_lite.so has not been built correctly.
There was perhaps an error message about this file earlier in the output.
lapack_lite.so is actually built by the scipy-core-py24 package, on
which scipy depends. Try rebuilding scipy-core-py24 and capturing the
output. This will either fix the problem, or shed some light on what
went wrong with lapack_lite.so.
