I too am having the exact same problem. Where can one download
the upgrade to XCode 1.5? After an extensive search on Apple's site,
all XCode links point to V2.2. (Tiger).
You have to get an ADC account (free) and log in. Under
Downloads->Developer Tools you find a paragraph "gcc updaters".
