Hi folks,

I'm on Panther and probably have something incomplete in my system installation because I get some wierd errors (building gcc4 is hanging the computer, but I'm not here to write about that). Anyway I wanted to ask something straightforward that I haven't had a chance to go back and find by googling so I apologize.

I have this is my crash.log:

dyld: /sw/bin/snort can't open library: /sw/lib/libpq.3.dylib (No such file or directory, errno = 2)

... and I was trying to figure out what package is expected to provide libpq.3.dylib.

Is there a way to do this?
Yes, there is a way with find and searching for libpq in info file.

The answer is: postgresql family.

Cheers,
Michèle
