During the fink update-all process it had to update PostgreSQL,
however it doesn't seem to work so well. All I get is "### execution
of /var/tmp/tmp.1.tUyoca failed, exit code 1". I'm running on Mac OS
X 10.4.4 together with Xcode 2.2.1.
