Oops--that's out of date.  What you want is

dists-10.4-transitional-0.8.0.tar.gz

(there's not a separate dists-10.4-0.8.0.tar.gz)

I'd recommend rsync updating instead--though if you applied the
2006-001 security update you'll need to install Fink's rsync package
to get that to work.
