Hello Brian. The idea behind this is to ensure that scientists can install all the packages that darwinports offers also by using Fink. I would like to ensure that no one has to install Fink and darwinports, simply because they need one or two packages that Fink does not offer yet. I agree with you though. Growing the number of packages that Fink offers to its scientific user base is a good asset and you are more than welcome to submit packages you deem useful. -d Using Tomcat but need to do more?
