samba3 (which is required for kde's SMB support) is not ported in Fink, so there is no SMB support in KDE. :( I haven't really had a chance to look into porting it, I've got too much on my plate as it is, but if someone's interested in packagaging it, I'd be happy to help out. :) - -- Benjamin Reed a.k.a.
