Note that the filename doesn't really matter at all...just the Package
Version Revision fields in the file. Also, if you previously had the
version you want, the binary ".deb" archive for it may still be on
your system (in /sw/fink/debs, perhaps?), and you can 'dpkg -i' to
install that binary archive. You can use dpkg to install binary
packages even if there is no .info (meaning that 'fink' can't see
them).
