These are only warnings (although it might become an error in future OSX versions). If you feel strongly about it, you can file a bug on the scribus bug tracker. It is line 593 in the file scribus/scfonts.cpp that needs fixing - "/rsrc" has to be replaced by "/..namedfork/rsrc".
