Howdy,
I just bought a Mac Pro and tried to install fink on it using the
binary installer. The installer ran to completion without error,
however, when I attempted to add some x11 related programs I ran into
a request to resolve an x11 dependency and was asked to install one
of three different x11 environments (e.g. fink ignores I have Apple's
x11 already installed). Is the binary installation broken -- and is
there a way to get fink to acknowledge that I have Apple's x11
installed? Thanks for any help.
