There was indeed a problem with the current svn-swig-pm58x packages. I just updated them in the unstable tree. Could you 'fink selfupdate' and try with the new packages? The corrected versions are: svn-swig-pm586-1.4.2-11 svn-simple-pm586-0.27-1004 I am sorry it took me so long to fix this problem. It was not obvious to fix and had to do with differences between Fink installed perl packages and system supplied ones. Please report back if these new revisions fix your problems.
